    Where Product, Customers, and AI Converge

    This isn't a passive review role. You'll own the feedback loop between human expertise and AI performance.

    GoodStream uses multiple AI models to extract data from venture capital documents - stock purchase agreements, certificates of incorporation, equity financing packages, convertible notes, SAFEs, and more. When our AI models disagree or can't reach high confidence, a human expert steps in. That's you.

    But you're not just reviewing outputs. You'll identify patterns in extraction failures, improve the prompts that drive our AI agents, and build the quality infrastructure that lets us scale without sacrificing accuracy. Our AI handles ~95% of extraction automatically. You own the other 5% and the feedback loop that makes the 95% better every week.

    At most companies, you'd be doing manual data entry forever. Here, you're teaching AI to do what you do - and focusing your expertise on the edge cases and quality oversight that only a human can handle.

    What You'll Own

    AI-Assisted Data Review (Day 1)

    • Review AI extraction results where models disagree or confidence is low, using our structured review interface
    • Validate extracted fields against source documents (valuations, share counts, investor details, round terms)
    • Resolve discrepancies across document types (SPA vs. COI vs. IRA vs. voting agreements)
    • Maintain agent accuracy at 97%+ across all document types

    Quality & Accuracy Operations (Month 1+)

    • Build and maintain error tracking matrices by document type and field
    • Identify systematic extraction failures and categorize them (missing fields, null values, model disagreements, calculation errors)
    • Perform reconciliation between extracted data and customer expectations
    • QC new document types as they're added to the platform

    AI Prompt Improvement & APEX Management (Month 2+)

    • Use our APEX system (self-healing extraction optimization) to identify underperforming prompts
    • Recommend and test prompt improvements based on patterns you see in review data
    • Track before/after accuracy metrics for prompt changes
    • Help define extraction standards for new document types and fields

    Customer-Facing Support (Month 3+)

    • Respond to customer data inquiries via email and ticketing
    • Investigate and resolve data mismatches reported by customers
    • Join customer calls to provide extraction expertise (as comfortable)
    • Surface customer feedback and feature requests to the product team

    Team Building (Month 6+)

    • Help onboard and train additional team members as the Philippines team grows
    • Document standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks
    • Contribute to hiring decisions for future team members

    What Success Looks Like

    First 30 Days

    Fully ramped on extraction review. Maintaining 97%+ accuracy across all document types. Familiar with SPAs, COIs, convertible notes, SAFEs, and equity financing packages. You know the APEX interface inside and out.

    2

    First 90 Days

    Owning error tracking matrices and systematic failure categorization. Submitting prompt improvement recommendations with before/after metrics. Handling customer data inquiries independently via email and ticketing.

    3

    First Year

    APEX system expert and go-to person for extraction quality. Training new team members as Philippines operations expand. Contributing to product roadmap from a data ops perspective. Shaping extraction standards for new document types.

    Who You Are

    Must Have

    • •3+ years of experience in data operations, data entry/extraction, or quality control in financial services
    • •Hands-on experience with venture capital or private equity documents (equity financing, charters, cap tables, convertible instruments)
    • •Understanding of key VC data points: valuations (pre/post-money), share classes, MOIC, IRR, dilution, ESOP
    • •Experience with multi-reviewer QC processes (dual extraction, reconciliation, audit trails)
    • •Ability to work US East Coast hours (night shift in Philippines)
    • •Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
    • •Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection

    Strong Plus

    • •Experience at Aumni, Carta, AngelList, Visible, Standard Metrics, or similar portfolio data platforms
    • •Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
    • •Customer-facing communication experience (email, ticketing, calls)
    • •Experience training or managing a small team
    • •Understanding of document classification (distinguishing draft vs. final, identifying document types from content)

    Nice to Have

    • •Experience with prompt engineering or AI output evaluation
    • •Background in credit analysis or fund accounting
    • •Familiarity with data export/reporting workflows
    • •Interest in building AI-assisted operational processes
